4. Avoid Criticism and Judgement
Anger magnifies the faults of others and the gravity of situations. This is why you must express your anger and dissatisfaction from a personal subjective point of view. Tell others how you feel with “I” statements. Don’t enter into judgement and criticism by saying things like, “you don’t care about anyone” or “you will never change”. This will damage your relationships not solve your problems.
5. Exercise Helps
Whenever you feel your anger rising, you can quickly do some physical exercises like running, walking or any other exercise or activity you like to do. Physical helps to reduce stress.
6. Don’t Hold Grudges
Learn to forgive others and quickly too, it helps you live happier. if you allow your anger and disappointment to fester, it will make you bitter and unable to see anything good about life. You become more suspicious and self-righteous in the process, alienating more people as you go through life. Forgiveness opens you up to learning and new experiences that help you let go of past hurts.

Every one might struggle with controlling their temper but you can easily know from the feedback of others if your anger is major issue in relating with others.
