1. Eat the right food

Moisturizing from the outside is as important, as keeping yourself hydrated. Massaging the affected area every day with one of these oils: olive oil, sweet almond oil, sesame seed oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, or similar, will moisturise your skin and keep the moisture locked in for longer, which will help to firm up your skin.
8. Eat more raw food
Adding more raw foods to your diet will increase the amount of vitamins and minerals that you are taking in and tighten your skin up again. Raw fruits and vegetables will all give you more nutrients than if you cooked them.
