Weekend is probably the best time for all the fries in the world but it can also be the perfect time to say ‘No’ to all those foods that keeps you fat. When you say ‘no’ to those unhealthy fast foods during the weekend, you won’t only be saving some money, you’ll be staying fit and attractive because almost everyone in your life want you be slim and attractive. Plan your calories and eat some food that will keep you healthy and help loose those annoying weight.

Make Workout Appointments

Plan your weekly workouts and schedule them in your calendar.

“If you wait until you ‘have time,’ you will never fit it in,”cautions Anton. “When I used to work in corporate finance, I’d block off my calendar for a class that I wanted to take at our gym and use that as my lunch hour. I’d then eat my lunch at my desk as I worked when I got back. If I knew my day would be too busy, I’d wake up early and get a run or workout in prior to starting my work day.”

Sure, it’s tough to wake up before the sun, but know that your future self might be too exhausted after work. If you have a trainer, schedule a few weekly workouts with him or her to promote accountability, she suggests.

Or, if you go to a studio where you have to sign up in advance for classes, do that! “If you’re going to get charged for skipping it, you probably won’t,” Anton says.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a devout yogi, everyone can benefit from taking the time to breathe and get centered before starting the work week, Anton suggests.

“Hip openers, twisting postures and breath work are very detoxifying and set you up for making healthy choices throughout your week. When the mind feels good, so does the body, and vice versa.”

Get More of Protein Shakes & Smoothies

Avoid those unhealthy breakfast with a whole lot of annoying fats and stay with fast burning foods that’ll keep you healthy. Simply put your smoothie ingredients in freezer bags and eat them during the weekend.

Eat More Fruits & Vegetables

When you go for raw, you get the full nutrient without those unhealthy chemicals the food companies use to keep them from loosing taste. Find a time every weekend to eat a whole lot of fruit and vegetables. You can also try healthy Salads.

Get Enough Rest
Getting enough rest is very impprtant for weight loss, this is where most people get it all wrong. Several researches conducted by several institutions have the same result proving that people that don’t get enough rest have high risk of obesity.

Research at Brown University that tracked the sleep schedules of 132 first-year students found consistent sleep schedules can help with weight loss. If you can’t rest well during the week, weekend might be the way out for you.
