It’s a natural and well known fact that the body needs water for pretty much every process. Besides, one can go a lot longer without food than water.

If it happens to you frequently, definitely you’re not getting enough water. And next time you feel the pain coming on, drink a glass of water before reaching for the ibuprofen and see if that cures what ails you.
