There have been several international sport reports that former Chelsea coach, Jose Mourinho is in advanced talks to take over from Louis van Gaal, and has already told Ed Woodward the two players who do not fit in his plans
The Portuguese will sell Juan Mata and Marouane Fellaini if he takes over at Manchester United. The report claims that Mourinho is in advanced talks with United to take over from Louis van Gaal at the end of the season.
And the former Chelsea boss has already outlined his plans for the squad in a meeting with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward.
Mourinho played a key role in Mata’s £37 million sale from Chelsea to United in January 2014, and would not fit in the Portuguese’s plans at Old Trafford, should he get the job.
The same applies to Fellaini, who has struggled to secure a regular role at United since his arrival in 2013.
